“I came in with 2 issues with my iPhone and Nickole at the AT&T store on Elliot/Alma helped me as much as she could. She was able to help me with a number that wasn’t working and for the other problem she tried hard to solve it. In the end it was an Apple problem, so off to the mall I go. But in a day when so few young people have decent customer service skills, Nickole was great! She was patient and friendly and helpful. A lovely young woman and AT&T is lucky to have her.”
“Jesse, was our customer service rep and had wonderful customer service and a very pleasant attitude. He was kind, patient, and was very knowledgeable about all of the product and plans. He helped walk us through getting three new phones and transferring our services to T-Mobile and we now will have new phones and a smaller bill every month. We cannot thank him enough. “Came in to this store to cancel some lines. Was greeted by Dan and he was super helpful and understood how frustrated I was from a previous manager promising to fix the issue I had with credits not posting properly, seems to be a common T-Mobile occurrence. He at least took the time to listen and cancel the lines I wanted removed, a couple Apple Watch lines and a tablet line that was supposed to be free but I was being charged $25 for, for who knows how long. Anywho Dan is the only reason for the 5 star review, he was kind and forthcoming. Ultimately I hate all cell phone carriers but T-Mobile is the one I hate the least and it’s really because of Dan.”

“Ordered skin online only to find out the location for this business is near me, so i ended up wanting to stop by the physical location. Confirmed with the employee and he said it would be fine. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.I went for the clear iPhone 12 mini skin. I stopped by and he had my skin installed in less than 20 minutes, he explained to me how the warranty works, how to take care of it etc. Employee was very professional and clean with his work. Skin itself is very high quality, i was able to look at samples of the other skins that are offered and the quality is very high end. I’m really happy with both, my online shopping experience and my in person experience. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!”

I ordered a phone last evening online to pick up at this store. They closed at 8pm & I arrived around 7:40pm. I know what it's like to work retail & still have customers in the store & possibly making employees work past closing time. Even though there was 3-4 customers still being helped or waiting, Carlos and the other guys still managed to multi-task and get everyone taken care of. I was having my number transfered but knew that I needed some info to do it and Carlos asked if I didn't mind coming back to do that. I knew I arrived late so I didn't mind at all. I was planning to go back anyway to purchase some accessories. But I truly believe that if I asked him to do it, he would have. He explained the important things I needed to know for the new phone, got it turned on and asked if I had questions. This took approx 5-10 min and I was done! Carlos gave good customer service, was humorous but still exemplified professionalism.”
“I had the best experience at the Apple Store when my phone suddenly stopped turning on. The manager, Mike, quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything moving right away. From there, Blake took care of me, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him.
Losing access to your phone is incredibly stressful, but Blake was knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel easy and manageable.
Excellent customer service is hard to come by, and Blake absolutely exceeded my expectations. If I ever have another issue with my phone, or when it’s time for an upgrade I will 100% be returning to this store and specifically requesting Blake. He turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and that’s something worth recognizing.”

Not only that but probably some of the best customer service, and best people I’ve encountered while shopping at mall kiosks. $20 may sound expensive for a screen protector, but don’t be fooled. These are real glass and scratch proof as well, which I do highly recommend. Cheers iPlay!”
