“I came in with 2 issues with my iPhone and Nickole at the AT&T store on Elliot/Alma helped me as much as she could. She was able to help me with a number that wasn’t working and for the other problem she tried hard to solve it. In the end it was an Apple problem, so off to the mall I go. But in a day when so few young people have decent customer service skills, Nickole was great! She was patient and friendly and helpful. A lovely young woman and AT&T is lucky to have her.”

“Came in to this store to cancel some lines. Was greeted by Dan and he was super helpful and understood how frustrated I was from a previous manager promising to fix the issue I had with credits not posting properly, seems to be a common T-Mobile occurrence. He at least took the time to listen and cancel the lines I wanted removed, a couple Apple Watch lines and a tablet line that was supposed to be free but I was being charged $25 for, for who knows how long. Anywho Dan is the only reason for the 5 star review, he was kind and forthcoming. Ultimately I hate all cell phone carriers but T-Mobile is the one I hate the least and it’s really because of Dan.”

“I went to this TMOBILE to buy a new phone. The person who helped me, Ali, was exceptional. I had many questions and he answered them all in a way that I could understand. I ended up buying a new phone and all the accessories that I would need. As I was waiting for Ali to acquire all of my new purchases, I spoke with the Manager, Raiden, about TMOBILE home internet services. He was very helpful and explained the service. I will be going back to them for all of my phone and internet services.”
“They were seemingly giving off a vibe to get the most for their phones but then they came down from 500 to 300 on a new phone and service a deal on iPhone case and also through in a speaker box as a gift a nice edition to my home”

There was only one young woman working, but she was so helpful, kind and supportive and was able to solve the problem rather quickly and adroitly, I think all in all it took less than 10 minutes to resolve this issue, awesome support!”

“Ordered skin online only to find out the location for this business is near me, so i ended up wanting to stop by the physical location. Confirmed with the employee and he said it would be fine. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.I went for the clear iPhone 12 mini skin. I stopped by and he had my skin installed in less than 20 minutes, he explained to me how the warranty works, how to take care of it etc. Employee was very professional and clean with his work. Skin itself is very high quality, i was able to look at samples of the other skins that are offered and the quality is very high end. I’m really happy with both, my online shopping experience and my in person experience. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!”

I ordered a phone last evening online to pick up at this store. They closed at 8pm & I arrived around 7:40pm. I know what it's like to work retail & still have customers in the store & possibly making employees work past closing time. Even though there was 3-4 customers still being helped or waiting, Carlos and the other guys still managed to multi-task and get everyone taken care of. I was having my number transfered but knew that I needed some info to do it and Carlos asked if I didn't mind coming back to do that. I knew I arrived late so I didn't mind at all. I was planning to go back anyway to purchase some accessories. But I truly believe that if I asked him to do it, he would have. He explained the important things I needed to know for the new phone, got it turned on and asked if I had questions. This took approx 5-10 min and I was done! Carlos gave good customer service, was humorous but still exemplified professionalism.”

They saved me from being without my phone that I needed to keep in touch with family and for maps. Thank you.”

Not only that but probably some of the best customer service, and best people I’ve encountered while shopping at mall kiosks. $20 may sound expensive for a screen protector, but don’t be fooled.
