“Honestly, I turned to CVS after another local pharmacy routinely had a 15 minute wait time to be helped. From the beginning, the CVS in Maricopa, AZ always had a warm hospitable feel to it. Because our town is small, a lot of businesses close 30 minutes for lunch. CVS has aways offered to have you ready to go BEFORE they close for lunch. The previous local pharmacy would tell you to hang out in the store for that time period.
Under the circumstances that began my relationship with CVS, I noticed the difference in their store atmosphere and presentation to the public. As I worked with two associates during this visit at the Maricopa location, I overheard greetings & conversations with other customers taking place by both of the employees assisting me. Those customers were greeted by name and known by more than one store employee. Quite a positive change than what I was used to at the other local pharmacy I left. I can foresee having this pharmacy as my main go to for scripts that can't be forwarded through my insurance home delivery.”
“I have to say I'm blown away first time I've ever called a pharmacy and had somebody pick up within a minute. No computer base system no holding only place in Maricopa I've ever had that happen I'm going to have to switch everything to them now I think. For me that's a big deal”

“This is the only pharmacy in town that I feel like takes care of my needs. Though I generally only ever ask one question when I really have an issue with a med, it gets answered.The staff is lovely and try their hardest to cater to the needs of the patients that flow through the pharmacy with as much care as possible.Sometimes volume gets full while waiting in line, or they are training some of the staff on some new protocols, but that’s to be expected with an ever growing city like Maricopa.Keep up the fabulous work!”

“I usually stop here during my work day to get a snack or energy drink as I work at a clinic nearby, and everytime I’m always greeted and helped by the sweetest front cashier- Carolyn- who always takes her time to make sure everyone is taken care of. It never takes long to get cashiered out here, even if there’s a line, and they keep stock of everything. Very nice and clean environment. And again the sweetest staff! Just wanted to give a huge shoutout though to Carolyn because she has been super great at making mine and everyone’s experience here quick and easy!”
