Every time I've called I repeatedly get placed on hold for long periods. Then they just hang up on me. The one time I was able to speak to someone I had to talk to management. What a way to run your business...

Have to say, calling to get info or an Rx moving is terrible here.. they just put you on hold a few times without saying anything and then they just hang up on you.. and if ur dumb enough to call back it just happens all over again.. hold, hold, disconnect. I'm fed up with incompetent people..
