“I had a wonderful experience at Tower Storage, and I can’t say enough good things about Monica! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
We needed to transfer from one storage unit to another, and Monica made the entire process easy and completely painless. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and took care of every detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Monica’s positive attitude, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly simple. She truly cares about her customers, and it shows.
If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed storage facility with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Tower Storage. Thank you, Monica, for making the experience so easy!”

“I've been with them for several years, I was satisfied with the Original Company. Under this new Management/Company, I'm even more satisfied. Recently while rummaging thru and reorganizing my storage, I witnessed the on-site manager(I forget his name but he is Friendly, Informative, Professional and keeps it clean )doing testing on the smoke alarm system across the whole facility. Usually there are small hiccups or possible growing pains involved with new companies, but this has been thus far a Great experience, I am more then satisfied with this new company and management. Despite the area being in a low income demographically, I personally have had no problems with nor experienced anything negative effects due to this, and quite the contrary have had nothing but A Great and Above Satisfactory experience. Thank You Kindly David #224”
