Have to say, calling to get info or an Rx moving is terrible here.. they just put you on hold a few times without saying anything and then they just hang up on you.. and if ur dumb enough to call back it just happens all over again.. hold, hold, disconnect. I'm fed up with incompetent people..

Normally I've had pretty good experiences here, and when an issue has cropped up, it's due to corporate issues, rather than the specific store. But today's different.
I have a med that I put on auto-refill a couple of weeks ago, figuring it would save me having to specifically request it, since I was told earlier that day that insurance wouldn't allow it to be filled again until the following week (aka last week). Normally I get my auto-refilled prescriptions well before I've run out. But this one they don't carry normally, so they have to request it. No big deal, I figured. It would be ready when the system told me the prescriptions would be ready, right?
But no, it wasn't ready last week when the insurance reset it. So I checked my refill status on their page and it said it would be ready today (Monday). I'm supposed to take it again on Wednesday, so that gives me some time to get over there. No problem.
Except today I get a message saying it's not ready and I should call them. So I call them. And the girl I talk to, who is clearly in a hurry and doesn't want to be on the phone, tells me that since it has to be ordered, it's not ready today, and every time I mention that if the system says it'll be ready on this date, why has it not already been ordered, she just says that they don't carry it in stock and it has to be ordered. Doesn't matter what I have to say, she defaults to that. Oh! Or I can call every walgreens in the Valley until I found one that has it in stock! Super helpful, that.
Now, I've worked in retail for decades and customer service is my priority. So I know good customer service and this isn't it! I could've dealt with the delay on the mess if she'd been nice. I would've also been fine if she'd asked me to hold a minute because she was in the middle of something. But don't try to shuffle me off the phone because you're in a rush and I'm disturbing you. Normally, I'd give this Walgreens a better start rating, but this particular interaction doesn't warrant it.

Don't bother with the machine where you can print photos out yourself. Color comes out so bad. The photos that you order online are fine. Here is the difference between the two.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I had a prescription called in here. Went inside the first time was told my prescription wouldn't be ready until 3pm (went about 12:30) show back up at 3 and they tell me they need another hour. Customer service is atrocious. Will never use them again

Have been with Walgreens almost 10 years,, will stop using cause of the service . So sad they make ppl wait for medication that are even urgent in nature this long dont attend the calls or communicate have to be the worst Walgreens.

My son had surgery we called twice to see why the prescription was delayed so the surgeon could get it through. They put us on hold for over 45 minutes and hung up without ever even answering.. canned back and been on hold for another 10 minutes and still haven’t picked up..

The pharmacy is severely understaffed and God forbid if you need to call the pharmacy. 30 minutes to an hour wait on hold only to have someone pick up and disconnect the call without saying anything. It's especially great when you're sick a could really use some help. Horrible service and absolutely no customer service.

Worst customer service from a pharmacist I have ever experienced, Lavino Taylor should not be working with people or the community. Learn how to talk to people and not talk over people. Communication is a key aspect as a Pharmacist and it is clear she does not demonstrate this as she takes a dictatorship approach belittling the customer. Hire better people!

Called this location three times and was on hold for a total of an hour and they kept hanging up on me. Called corporate and they connected me and it just rings and then goes to music then rings and goes back to music. Someone answers and then goes back to music. This place sucks.
