I've been a customer for 16 years. Switching banks today, their customer service gotten horrible over the past 5 years. Hung in there as long as I could. Navy Federal, here I come!

I’m still in shock and so mad at this branch for what happened.. I went to the atm to try to get cash out something simple right btw I have navy gcu but that doesn’t matter since I didn’t mind paying the fee, the moment I put my card in their atm the machine decided to malfunction and wouldn’t give me my card back! When I called to file a complaint about the atm nothing was resolved and they said my card will be shredded I have to get a whole new card because of their trashy atm machine doesn’t work! Don’t come to this branch absolutely trash

Usually 1 teller on Saturdays. I do not get to bank during week days. Expect to wait inline for at least 20 to 30 minutes on Saturdays. If other than usual banking call or check online if service is available and if an appointment is needed.

Worst customer service at this branch, the bank tellers have no idea what they're talking about. Had to get the branch manager and even then, the best she could do was pass me off to the phone number listed on the back of the debit card. No actual solutions to the issue that they created. I would give half a star if possible.

The ONLY REASON there is one star is because I can't leave zero. The manager there is a complete clown. This place is beyond a joke, multiple people there with the same issue back telling them and myself they couldn't cash a check with their logo on it. Mine was a legit payroll check they even called to verify and still got tuned down after 40 minutes waiting. The worst bank Period

Quite possibly the worst Bank of America I’ve ever been to. The manager is horrible, rude and has no business being a manager. It’s like the Walmart of boa, slow, horrible customer service and unhelpful. This place deserves 0 stars. Will never be back. I highly recommend finding a different Bank of America

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. The manager is horrible, rude And will pressure you into getting a Bank of America account even when you've said no. If you plan on waiting for hours and dealing with terrible service, go ahead and come here. It's like the Walmart or McDonald's for Bank of America. Just absolutely bad. I travel to the one farther from my house, because this bank is so terrible. stay away. Zero stars

This location does not deserve the current rating as it stands presently. My experience was wonderful - and the best of any bank I've been to. They were running a little behind on their appointments (because that happens sometimes, no biggie). However, when I let the assistant manager, Tina, know that I had another appointment coming up that I needed to make, she was very accommodating and made sure that I was seen as soon as possible. She was refreshingly personable and I noticed how intentional she was with all the customers as they entered. Didn't feel like I was at an establishment that was just running on autopilot, but rather interacting with employees that take pride in what they do. The other manager, as well as the lady who helped me with my transaction, were both very accommodating and gracious, as well. I really appreciated it :)
