Bank of America has terrible terrible customer service. Someone has opened or trying to open an online account using my email and not sure what else they are fraudulently using. I call their customer service phone number as instructed and immediately as instructed by the phone number listed on the email saying I have been enrolled. No one to talk to , all automated. They take make billions of dollars made from customers every year and their too cheap to have live customer service on the weekends. I would never and have not in decades done business with this institution. This is B of A as a whole and not just this location. Taking billions and not caring for customers on weekends… Just another giant corporate American company getting rich and ignoring those that made them rich. Boycott B of A….

Christina assisted my mom and I open up a new bank account, she was so very sweet, professional and so very helpful, I appreciate her for making my mom's experience so quick and easy. Thank you Christina we appreciate you.

I don't understand the point of being open from 10am-4pm weekdays only. This location is never open when I try to go inside for various reasons. Plus if you try to use the outside ATM's in the afternoon you can't read the screens.

Went in for a large wire transfer to another bank out of state. Jackie was amazing and very helpful to my clients. And her customer service very professional. Could not ask for a better banker.

The bank teller was beyond rude and insulting, probably the worst experience I have ever had with Bank of America. The notary and front door greeter were very pleasant and helpful but the bank teller was extremely rude.

I was very disappointed that they did not recover any of my monies from 3 cases that was turned over to the Fraud Department. I wonder if they really tried to recover it or just let it slide. I really thought that they would go the extra mile for their customers. I am a Senior Citizen living on a fixed income and could use that money that I fraudulently lost.

Literally the worst service I've experienced in years from a bank. Blocked my card for no reason and wouldn't allow it tobe reopened until an appointment is available for 2 days....

Google maps says it’s open but it’s not. It’s temporary closed Bank of America should take responsibility and post that it temporally has closed this branch so that people don’t keep driving out to it thinking it’s open.

I rarely need to go to the bank in person with online banking. However, on three separate occasions over the past year including today, this branch has been closed. This is ridiculous.

This has to be one of the worst Bank of America I have been to. Went in to change my pin after a customer service rep informed be any branch can do it. I go in and am told I have to schedule an appointment with a specific banker who is authorized to change pins. How are tellers not trained for this. Once I complete using my Bank of America checks I’ll be looking for another bank that has better service.

Bank of America manger was the rudest person . Didn't want to help. At all . Said her personal bankers were busy. But they weren't they were busy talking to other staff workers instead of helping customers.

I have a account at this bank and I went to cash a check from a client. The teller whose name is Kyle told me that there was things wrong with the check and if the client can write me another one. If the client writes the check the same way. Wouldn’t you tell me the same thing? That there’s something wrong with the check. I believe that I was profiled by Kyle and I won’t be going back to that bank.
