Bike Masters is a great bike shop in NE Mesa, offering excellent service and knowledgeable staff. The entire team is extremely helpful, honest, friendly, and engaging. They provide amazing turn around time for repairs and emergency servicing. The shop has a nice selection of Specialized bikes and lots of soft goods. Employees are riders who take good care of customers and their bikes, offering demos and professional work. It is considered the best bike shop in the valley, highly recommended to anyone looking for a good local bike store.

Dale took my past foot injury into consideration and went the extra mile to make sure my shoe purchase was going to work for me. He even installed my cleats and had me take a bike for a spin so I could see how the shoes felt.
