“I just ordered two Orbea Rise bicycles from VeloZoom, one for me and my wife. We're very happy with our bikes and especially the above and beyond customer service Don the owner provided! He ordered our bikes and shippped them out of state to where we are vacationing for the summer. That was awesome! Also, if you want to get fitted properly, which is extremely important, Don is the man to talk to. Our bikes fit perfect and we are very happy! Plus the peace of mind of him servicing our bikes in the future. Thanks Don!”

“I had an issue that they resolved for me as a walk-in customer. They took a look at it, fixed it, and charged me barely anything in about 3 minutes. I am so happy to get a problem fixed like that. I was able to ride that weekend because of them! I will be back and I’ll be recommending them from now on.”

“Dale took my past foot injury into consideration and went the extra mile to make sure my shoe purchase was going to work for me. He even installed my cleats and had me take a bike for a spin so I could see how the shoes felt.”
