I’ve been looking for a good bike shop and decided to schedule a tune up for my gravel bike with Bike Masters. Graham was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. They took good care of my gravel bike and allowed me to demo a few bikes in the meantime. I can understand why they demo bikes because I ended up taking home a new mountain bike as well. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good bike shop.

Great Service! Squeezed me in for some emergency servicing that was needed before riding a 100 mile ride (El Tour de Tuscon). Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Just the kind of service you want from your local bike store. Buy your bike from these guys, they will take care of you. A++++

Great shop to visit in NE Mesa! They have a nice selection of Specialized bikes and lots of soft goods, too! Employees are riders, they're friendly, knowledgeable and engaging every time I visit the store.

Chris was kind enough to repair my flat tire expeditiously & then proceeded to check & calibrate the shifting mechanism. He was professional & courteous. I would highly recommend the N. Power Rd shop over any others in the valley!

Warren and Graham at the Power and McKellips location in Mesa, AZ are a wealth of skills/knowledge and willingly share it.I came in for a tire, and left with a solid pick for my style of riding, along with valuable suspension tweaks and tips.I had a great experience while there and I'm betting you will too.
