I'm delighted to have discovered this business. They're kind, funny, genuine, accommodating, and most importantly, knowledgeable. They made taxes seem less intimidating. During our meeting, they virtually filed my documents for the next tax season, chatted with me to understand my concerns/worries, and let me hang out with their pets LOL. They're such lovely folks, I would highly advise anyone looking for tax help to skip the big lame chains and see them!”

“My review is strictly for Mary Ann Kopp. The location and reception area were a hot mess. I recommend Mary Ann. She’s very knowledgeable in the tax world and explains things so you understand. She gives good advice so you get the most out of your tax return. As for the location and the reception area I would give it zero stars. The receptionist was awesome but there should be two of them. The one was answering the phone, scanning documents, trying to check people in, and having other tax preparers interrupt her constantly. One tax preparer even “scolded” the receptionist in front of everyone which I thought was very unprofessional. The receptionist handled everything with a smile on her face and could’ve used a lot of help. I’m hoping next year Mary Ann is at a different location. The same tax preparer that “scolded” the receptionist also pissed off one of her clients. He sat in the reception area after they were done and was not happy with her. Said a few choice words out loud and he got up and left. The tax preparer then decided to shut the main door to the reception area “just in case he comes back”, like they were scared he was going to retaliate. I didn’t feel safe after that as it was very tense.”

“12-22-25 Update: Vanessa @Lucey Accounting has been processing my payroll for several months now and has done a good job. Although we did not see eye to eye on the bookkeeping documentation & services for my business, she has continued to perform my payroll processing bi-weekly. Lucey Accounting has done a terrific job with my bi-weekly payroll processing. I can definitely recommend Lucey Accounting for payroll services for any business who may be in need of payroll processing services.
*Old Review: If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! This person is untrustworthy—she loses original financial documents and then blames you. Requesting your records results in name-calling and causes her to spiral out of control and demonstrates unprofessional behavior and refusal to provide requested records. After five plus years of using her for bookkeeping and payroll services, I can no longer tolerate the complete lack of professionalism. I recommend looking elsewhere for unlicensed (non-CPA) financial services.”
