Hollister…I mean BOOT BARN lacks mens sizes in multiple categories. Sweaters only go to XL, Tees only go up to SMALLER XXL, less than 10 wide foot options in size 11.5/12, plus many more problems. I found only boot that was okay and it was over $260. Like how do you expect customers to keep coming back?
The staff lady was nice but not helpful. As a large size guy, 6’3 & 300 pounds, I felt so fat in this store. All this store represents are the skinny twink men and no men with meat. Sad. Disappointed, fat shamed, etc.

1st time there. Not a single person there asked if I needed help. The store wasn't busy or understaffed. I've been buying work boots at Shopper's Supply for over 10 years. Most likely, be going back to them when it's time to buy another pair of boots.

Cheryll, Rochelle, and hat guy, Rochelle was very nice but the other 2 you don’t belong working with the public! Ridiculous, bought stuff and was told anything on this rack is this price, nope that’s wrong, bought a hat wanted to get it fit yeah no problem our hat guy comes in at 2 and he can do it, great but nope that’s wrong, hat guy was in but put it off too well I gotta hook up the machines so 15 min or so, yea nope didn’t even take the time to turn them on, my family and I are full of first responders ranchers and school teachers, I hope none of us ever have to transport any of you in the back of my ambulance or our medical helicopters and you be treated the way my family and I were today. I’d fire anyone on my crew who dealt with public the way the entire staff did today! Childish! Embarrassing!
