She was very unorganized & used outdated equipment, did not have paperwork ready , I had mine ready , but she made me late for work , may have been isolated incident I’m not sure but needs to keep in mind customers needs , this was E baseline location

The lady was rude and I'm accomidating. The equipment was dirty and worn out.
