“I have an unusual truck; kind of a Mad-Max rat-rod '79 Chevy 4x4. It needed a lot of work, there were many issues with it. I noticed Friendly's strong Facebook marketing and did research and they looked good, decided to give em a try. Contacted owner Steve, expressed my concerns, and he says "I know every inch of that truck". I like the confidence. Truck gets to the shop, the crew were professional and confident as well. Later I get this link texted to me which is this cool breakdown of what's good, what is so-so, and what is bad and needs repair asap. Steve gives me a quote, stung a little, but quality is something that costs money. You get what you pay for. (It's not the 90s, labor isn't $60 an hour anymore lol) I get the truck back and all these mechanical problems with the truck are gone. No more oil, tranny fluid, & gas leak. The new brakes; no more squeaking. Janky front end issues resolved. And the long-standing steering issues and finally completely fixed, etc etc. The best feeling is not stressing over it anymore. That is well worth the cost. Good job Steve & crew, you have a new loyal customer.”

“I had my rental for going on a few weeks now. My names Cory and I drive the 2013 Toyota prius c. The car drove very good and it was in excellent condition. Today the car ended up showing an alert saying it needed to be checked and to pull over. I was worried and upset because I couldn't drive any more so that I could make money doing Lyft. I sent them a text right away about the issue so I can get back on the road as soon as possible and they were quick and prompt to help me with my rental car in getting it fixed and even told me they can towe it aswell if necessary. these guys are so amazing I love them!!!!”

“I'm here now. Battery died on me yesterday. They came out, not usual service, when I had nobody to help me. Taught me about the charge devices. They had me come in to charge battery and fix lights. Noticed a mechanical issue with wheels and quickly had me come next day to have that fixed.Been driving for nearly 40 years and I have to say this is a great service at a reasonable cost based on how much you save on gas, monthly oil changes, and maintenance. If you drive like me at 6,000 miles a month..; I'm not complaining.Ok: It only took 1 hour to fix and back to normal. Fantastic!”

“We've rented from Penski a dozen times and this experience has been the best to date. Very helpful and they explain things like they care about you and wished us good trip. Only downside was the outside windshield was very dirty and extremely hard to get to to clean, but all else was fine. Great location!”

“They took good care of me. I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me. I forgot to fill the truck and I put the key in the lock box before I remembered. I called Monday morning and he let me come grab it and run to fill it up. I also for got a broken piece of glass in the truck. Instead of charging he let me get it out. I recommend. All the staff where good ol boys. Thank you fellas”

“Tyler and Kevin are amazing! I had called several other Uhaul locations before I knew this was the location I wanted to go with. They were so friendly and knowledgeable! We were moving from another state and had a few questions and concerns; they really made us feel at ease and actually seemed to care unlike the other Uhaul locations in the area who had such a condescending tone/attitude while I asked them the same questions. While on our trip we unfortunately ran into a few unforeseen issues, but Tyler and Kevin were able to help us out, going above and beyond to make sure we were able to do our move without anymore added stress! These guys are the absolute greatest, and know true customer service! If you are looking for a place to rent your Uhaul, I highly recommend getting it from here. Great service from beginning to end and they really take care of their customers, thanks guys!!!”

“The location I used was at Superstition Farm, nice little family-owned farm with a petting zoo and tours. U-Haul had some issues with the paperwork which was no fault of the operators at the location. Truck was clean and gassed up”

“The day of our rental of a budget truck was a disaster!! It was cancelled the night before by Zinc, LLC chandler, AZ ( how about a phone call) The Customer service rep said," they don't have your truck" . Frantically, re booking the night before the move to get same price (not). Showed availability at Alto auto. We go the next morning to only find out the truck they have can't be rented, mechanical issues. Stuck on the Am of moving day, Tom came to our rescue. Sent us over to Scottsdale budget ( very professional and helpful) oh, they had a working truck. So, this is to really say the site personnel and owners were very helpful. Phone reps guarantee $99.00 rate, we will see. the Technical booking is really outdated, obviously can't keep up with inventory. They are renting trucks they don't have in inventory , and have mechanical issues. This isn't the sites issues. This is corporate issue!. You need to help your budget sites more and be on top of things. How about visiting your facilities!!Alto auto (Tom) and Joost Ent, thank you for your help.Not so sure we will rent again with budget, to stressful.Final note, check your truck rental day before and call the actual site.”

Drop off was exactly the same. I pulled in and while walking back, someone was already coming out to help me unhook the trailer. I've rented from other UHaul locations, but this was the fastest and easiest yet. Thanks for making the rental process a breeze.”
