I was just trying to do a transaction at the ATM and one of the workers kept going outside to see what I was doing. It made me uncomfortable and it felt like an invasion of privacy. She was probably just doing her job, but it felt annoying having someone basically watch over your shoulder.

Have gone in 3 consecutive days to open a business account, because the website doesn’t allow it. 3 days in a row telling me they don’t have a banker there to do it. Staff properly. Terrible customer experience.
