Only catch is that I buy about 90% groceries at Dollar Tree and about 10% non-grocery items, yet BMO's computer rates that store for a 1% cash back. I'll go back to using my Wells Fargo 2% cash back on everything at Dollar Tree. So let me know, BMO if you ever redo your discount at 2% of my grocery items at Dollar Tree.”

The branch itself is beautiful and very well kept, and the staff were all so sharply dressed and professional. I had the opportunity to visit with Ryan, the Customer Service Manager, and Gabby, a lovely teller. They were both extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s refreshing to see a bank that still puts an emphasis on personal service and making people feel welcome. I don’t currently bank with Western State Bank, but after my experience there, I’m seriously considering moving my accounts. You just don’t see this kind of traditional, professional banking experience very often anymore. Keep up the great work!”
