Customer service was horrible, I wasn't even acknowledged, although I was obviously trying to locate clothing items. I'm almost certain this was socioeconomic profiling - I won't be back.

Upscale casual shopping--stylish, with a distinctive twist. I have a few pieces that are still very wearable decades later! Odd sizing, but it's not a problem unless you're buying only online. Standard pieces have held up very well--good quality.
