Wonderful customer service by Paige and Allie who were very patient with me, but more importantly, my mother who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. She wanted to shop with me but struggles with her speech, as it takes her awhile to express what she wants to say. They didn't rush her and waited patiently for her to communicate, despite the store being very busy. They took the time to get to know us, our fashion style, and as a result, i purchased WAY more than I came for! Thank you Paige and Allie for being so kind! And myself I am a cholo and I always go to this store to get me a pairs of Ben Davis,Charlie Browns Shirts. They have all of the streetwear brands In K Momo country club. I get a lot of Shaka Wears and Pro Clubs Here they Also have Good Locs And Cortez And whenever I have the chance to come here I will and spend a couple Hundred dollars on Clothes. 5 Stars”
“This morning I had an appointment in the area of Dana Park and visited this store out of curiosity. I will admit, I'd never heard of this brand. I'm from Alaska and the styles I shop for are a little more outdoorsy. :-) There was 1 service person, her name is Val, and the way she took care of the different people and their needs was like a symphony. It was so Seemless. No matter what she had going on or who she was ringing up, she still helped me find the sizes I needed, advised against items that didn't fit me well, made other suggestions, even mentioned that 1 item I had was redundant and wasn't needed. What customer service person do you know who tells you not to purchase something because it looks too much like an item you already have? She gained my complete trust. Additionally, although the store is typically a little out of my comfort spending, the 40% off deals are on some beautiful items. The clothing from my limited exposure seem to be great quality and wrinkle free. Lastly, the music played during my visit, truly took me back. I went from a stressful medical appointment to the most relaxing shopping experience in quite some time. I was happy to spend money in that store. I felt I got great value in my purchases and above all, curtesy and Respect from Val & Nanette. Let me just say from my heart, shopping while Black isn't always a pleasant experience. Today it was! Thanks Val & Nanette, you ladies Rock!”

“I loved my experience here. I came here with one friend while shopping at the mall because the clothes caught my eye. Their options are very colorful and beautiful. I tried on a couple things, but ultimately bought a gorgeous brown tiered skirt. I have worn it a couple times since then and it has held up well. (Cost somewhere between 30 and 40 dollars).
Price is elevated for good quality. The woman working was so sweet and welcoming. I would definitely go again.”

“Good customer service, but the store itself could use some help. I wanted to purchase an item that was bigger and a little bit more heavy. Not only were both of the same items that I wanted damaged, but they were hooked on to the shelf in a weird way so one fell, and there was no way for me to get it back up. And I can tell that the items were damaged because they were not hung up properly and kept falling. Too bad, because I really wanted that item. I saw a little kid bashing on an item, and a store clerk walked past and did nothing. Nobody cares about anything anymore and it's just a bummer. I guess I shouldn't expect anything more in 2024.”
“Decided I was sick of online shopping. Sure it looks inexpensive then when you get it, its made of garbage, it doesn't look like the picture, it doesn't fit etc.
After my last horrid experience trying to return an Amazon purchase through a terrible UPS Store I had it.
Stopped in this old Navy needing some new pants. The store was beautiful. Plenty of parking. It had a huge selection of stuff and we almost landed up spending much more than we went for because of all the Cute stuff they had that my wife loved.
Unlike other department stores I have been to in the past few years .. everything was folded nicely. No piles just sitting around. it was easy to navigate. The products all looked great and the store was very well kept.
Best part .. they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. I got to touch it, feel the fabric, see the color and TRY IT ON!
They had what looked like 4 fitting rooms .. don't quote me .. and they were also clean and had multiple mirrors in them.
Once I found the perfect fit it was easy enough to just go to the well organized shelves and pull out the same pants in 3 other colors.
Except for travel .. buying experience was actually faster than perusing online.
Price I would call about average. I didn't think it was over priced but its not going to be $20 throw away cloths either.
Really nice pants Fairly Priced. Wonderful well maintained store. No returns and pleasant shopping experience. I WILL be going back. They had a lot of other items I didn't know I wanted.”

“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Tillys, and I just had to take a moment to recognize one of their employees, Isaiah. He truly went above and beyond while helping me and my daughter.
From the moment we walked in, Isaiah greeted us with a genuine smile and such positive energy. His customer service was outstanding—there wasn’t a single thing we asked for that he didn’t gladly assist with. When I thanked him, he humbly said he was “just doing his job,” but I made sure to let him know he was doing so much more than that.
Isaiah made our entire shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. Employees like him are rare, and he is absolutely a wonderful addition to the Tillys team. We need more people like him!
