Wanted to give a shoutout to Logan and the Higley / Southern location in Mesa. I was approached to let me know they will be temporarily closed for several days due to upgrades to their tunnel. Logan told me about the nearest location and I explained to him this location was the only one my lifted truck would fit. In fact, at the Cave Creek location, the height sign was a lot lower than labeled and scraped my roof on my truck. When I brought it to their attention, I was given the third degree about how I could prove it happened there. Typical this day and age. Anyhow, when I told Logan, he jumped right up in my bed and buffed out the scratches / mars. I am very impressed and highly recommend this location. Also, if your truck is 86” or less, it will fit here. The drive thru to pay or scan memberships is pretty thin, have to fold in my mirrors, lol. That’s ok because the wash works really well. Hard to find with bigger trucks.

NEVER EVER AGAIN. Came in with a $30 dollar oil change coupon and it turned into $109 oil change and that was with $22 off! Total rip off! NOWHERE else charges that much for an oil change. They got me this time because they start your car before you have a chance to say no but they will NOT get repeat business out of me!

My wife has a membership at cobblestone car wash. We took it to the baseline in Val Vista location August 16 and they ran our BMW into the back of the Toyota truck with a trailer hitch on it as you can see in the pictures there’s a big dent in the front of our X5M. I went in and talked to Gustavo and assistant manager They looked at the video assured me they would take care of it no problem they said three days and I’ll be contacted by corporate.. The time has came and went nobody ever contacted me Call corporate they said all they can do is send an email to the branch that did the damage talk to the branch multiple times they say all they can do is send an email to corporate. It’s been almost a month and still nobody has contacted me about fixing the damage. I’ve called and called and get nowhere Very shady very upset. We Cancelled the membership on the vehicle will not be going back All we wanted was the damage to be fixed. Started out as no big deal, but they refuse to contact me to get it fixed. Beware

Wow The people that you first see they are not professional at all standing in the driveway talking to each other. They ask you a question and two seconds later asked you the same question. You get in the lobby. Sunday mostly men in the lobby and cartoons on the TV, NFL on a TV on the side. Play to your strengths

Car was dirtier after I left. Water spots and bird poop smeared across mt windshield. My usual car wash is cheaper and better, I just went to this one because it's closer. But the extra 5 minutes of driving is worth it

Been coming to this location for years. Had my car washed the other day and discovered something all over the hood. Took it back the next day ( when I noticed it) and the manager Charles took very good care of getting this handled and was able to accommodate me and getting it buffed out . Way to go Charles for taking care of the issue immediately and Zack for doing such a nice buff job 👏 ✌️

Discovered I was being charged twice on two different credit cards $350-wasn't necessarily expecting a reimbursement (I should have been paying closer attention) but when I tried to figure out how that could even happen I got the run around and then denial - acted like he'd never spoken to me when a went back to follow up on the service ticket he the 'manager' appeared to issue. He'd said I hear from someone in a few days - it was a Friday so he suggested the following Monday or Tuesday. It had been 14 days. Zero follow-up. The 800# is a joke as is the website. The manager agreed and had suggested to always come in to the store. I stayed cuz they're the only ones who do the vacuuming but even that is often questionable. Mats often not locked down - foot got caught one day as I was driving onto the 60 - so dangerous! And I guarantee the first time one of those guys jumps into the car with the seat belt already buckled and they felt that pain, they'd never leave it that way again. Have asked and asked - but never a change. The folks on the line doing the physical work are always friendly and great! Been a customer for almost 8 years but no longer!

I went there mainly to get the inside vacuumed and wiped down and windows washed because I am headed out to go out of town other home. They tried to upsell me to premium with wax and everything, I explained it’s mainly the inside and windows I need cleaned. I think they were disappointed I didn’t upgrade or buy the anytime thing because my vehicle looked bad. The dash was still very dusty especially in the passengers side the inside of the windows were streaky, the outside is all spotted on windows. I had to go home and redo myself, my 9yr old grandkids have done better. I don't ever do Google reviews but these people need to understand service. I won’t be going back here again used to like it when it was Francis and sons. I will also be sharing the experience in my neighborhood.

I love this place nive clean up. The polish shine & finish could be better. The dryer is better than most but not the best I've seen from cobblestones id rate this one a 9.5/10 they're super friendly staff is nice! Don't mind me cleaning my car and using the vaccumes with the membership, I see them weekly. 🫶🏼 Appricate the buisness!
