Cobblestone Auto Spa is a business with many locations, known for providing service, products, and customer experience at competitive prices and a quick, efficient pace. Customers appreciate the friendly and nice staff, who are noted for being professional and providing excellent service. Many have been coming for years, using the car wash and other services like oil changes regularly. The car wash itself works really well, delivering a good clean. The polish, shine, and finish could be better according to some, and while the dryer is better than most, it is not the best from Cobblestone. One reviewer rated the location a 9.5 out of 10. A practical note for larger vehicles is that the drive-thru to pay or scan memberships is pretty thin, requiring some to fold in their mirrors. However, the tunnel at one location can accommodate lifted trucks up to a certain height, which is a valued feature. When issues arise, such as scratches or residue on a car, management has been known to take care of the problem immediately, handling it well and getting it buffed out. This responsive service and the overall quality make it a highly recommended spot, especially for those with bigger trucks that fit.
Eric did a terrific job on my oil change. He was clear on what he was doing and clear on what needs to be done in the future. I'll be coming back for future oil changes.
