Delano offers pet-friendly apartments described as nice, with beautifully reimagined residences and an effortless living experience. The staff is consistently noted as amazing, very friendly, helpful, and nice. Maintenance responds very quickly to issues, doing an awesome job cleaning up and taking care of business. However, some residents note difficulties. The rent is considered a little bit high for what is offered, with added amenities that are not necessarily needed and fees for unassigned parking. Some maintenance can be slow, with residents waiting a week for repairs or having to fix things themselves, like sealing gaps to keep out unwanted air and pests. Issues like a leaking water heater, a hole in a ceiling, and a greenish pool have occurred. Noise and odors from neighbors can also be a problem. While it has been a place to call home, some feel that for the price, it is definitely not worth it.

Late night issue with leaking water heater. Maintenance came out very quickly and got the issue fixed. Did an awesome job cleaning up.

The AC got fixed, but it took a week. I am grateful for the cold air. It is apparent it didn't work well for some time. I don't understand why there's a hole in my ceiling and if it is going to be patched.

The guys were great! They came and they took care of business and got my AC back running properly. Very friendly and very nice!
