No matter if it’s a plumbing issue, an electrical problem, or anything else around the apartment, he fixes everything right away and does it properly. He really takes the time to understand the concern and resolves it instantly without any hassle. On top of that, he is super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to.”
“The apartment itself is nice, but loud neighbors and no noise ordinance policy in the lease agreement I could find.
Middle unit can hear so much of the upstairs banging and stomping. Rent top floor or hope you have courteous neighbors otherwise you’ll probably regret it if noise bothers you. Management is pretty good overall, constant upgrades and maintenance going on.
EDIT: We’ve had our doormat stolen from our front door. Also the trash compactor is often broken. I can attest to maintenance being very timely on work orders and friendly.”

“LOVE MONTECA! we came in 20 minutes to close for a tour and we had a great experience, this woman made us feel so welcome:) it’s challenging touring during the work week so we just had to fit things in somewhere and Monteca made that work for us. if you’re in the same boat i highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a shot (maybe not 20 minutes to close like we did but you get the point lol)- thanks Monteca<3”

“I lived here for 6 months when they were called vivo apartments im just a dude from new jersey and truth be told while I was there i could not complain had a studio apartment took me and my dog in a heart beat with no issues. Honestly if you keep to yourself ain’t no one going to bother you be respectful even when times there was tweakers around they not even looking for problems the ones i came across atleast besides that police station is on the other block and its a calm starter up !”

“I visited; and first I called to see if anything was available 3 times.No answer and no mess. available.I got there by bus. Car died 3 weeks ago. The was from the bus was back breaking. Have a really bad back. Come to find they have a list of 400 people. You must be an artist of a kind to live there. I did not see any apartments.Couldn't tell you about them. Am amenity they have is an art gallery on the 1st floor. Looks great.Good luck if you wanted to move in .”

Had to come in twice to do my tour as I made the first appointment on the website and when I got there they told me they don't do tours half an hour before they close. I had to reschedule for Monday but I did like what I saw so my fiance and I went ahead and applied and we're very much looking forward to hopefully going with the Mesa station apartments”

“I recently went in to apply for a apartment and esther was awesome she answered all my questions she went above and beyond. great customer service !!! Update i ended up moving here.I was there for 3 years, the first year was great then they changed management and named it to the tides on southern.I guess it changed names again but I would not recommend this place.I had so many problems here , i see why they sold the property because it was kind of out dated. And they basically gave all the apartments, new appliances and remodeled it. The problem was when I tried to transfer units to get one of the newly remodeled apartments. I felt like they didn't really pay attention to quality. they moved me into a unit that had rats that's not gonna work.And they moved me into another unit that had pre-existing plumbing issues, i was barely there 2 months when the plumbing happened which caused me to lose all of my belongings, literally, there was like poop and everything coming up through the tub and toilet.But then they told me that I had renters insurance, they wouldn't accept it because they said it didn't say something on the wording, which made no sense to me.So then I was being charged twice , because I was already paying for renters insurance , they wouldn't accept they made me get it through their company and I realized it didn't even cover me at all. So when that huge sewer/ plumbing line broke. I lost all my belongings like everything that I owned that I worked hard for and and I did not get paid for and then they made me sit for 3 days, just the way the place was full of water black mold, there was poop on the floor and they didn't send nobody only maintenance man instead of hazmats come clean it, then. Because of that happening, my apartment was unusable for 2 weeks. And that's how I work to make my money and work from home. I asked them to put me in another apartment, they said, oh, because it doesn't match your current unit, the ones they had available, they would not put me into another unit, forced me to use my own coin to go to a hotel and literally I maxed out all my money paid over $1200. Then finally they tried to put me in the new apartment, it was roach infested, so then I said, I'm sorry. I cannot take this unit the job I had. It was their equipment and I wasn't trying to live in a place with roaches, and have work equipment invested, so then they'd give me another unit which was Pigeons infested, I didn't even know at the time, the place had pigeons and black mites anyways. So by the time they got me into a place because they took so long over 2 weeks, I had no money. I was not working because I couldn't work from home basically took away my income because they wouldn't give me an apartment and they made me pay for hotels whole thing was nuts then. I'm putting this review for awareness I had to go through a lot it was fine when it was owned under a different management company.”
