My firestone is great . However for firestone to deny a customer to NOT BE ABLE TO PAY FOR SERVICES WITH CASH MONEY WHICH IS CONSIDERED BY LAW LEGAL CURRENCY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS WRONG. So I will no longer be using firestone for my vehicle service business and definitely will not refer any family or friends to firestone. And I think firestone should be closed down for denying to accept cash as legal tender for services rendered.

I had 2 tires put on a dodge challenger, after they finished, they couldn’t get the car to shift. I wasn’t told until I saw employees searching my console to find the manual. Explanation “we took a pin out to check the alignment” I never asked for alignment to be checked!! Then my check engine soon light came on!! I asked why, he said the tech triggered it!! Never again! Do not go to this place if you want your car!!!

Service advisor helpful. Good communication and advice. I didn’t know I needed two front tires but he was able to offer a discount that prompted me to buy the tires now rather than waiting several months. Glad I had a reservation since it was busy and I was given priority having a reservation.

Went for tire balance they decided to check my fluids I noticed told them no but already did coolant which Barry didn't put cap back on right so it blew coolant everywhere and over heated then they come tell me they dropped my brake reservoir cap down in the engine bay and needed to fish it out with a bar don't take your car there they are all incompetent
and have no common sense to ask if customer wants that before they do something will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there

The estimate was one price and when I paid it was more. They didn't check my battery because they stated it was too hard to reach. It amazes me that when they knew the model of my vehicle they could have told me that the battery couldn't be checked and I had a coupon for 29.99 they tried to talk me out of using it. The additional full inspection check was 9.99 which included windshield replacement they replaced the front but not the back windshield wiper. I ended up paying over $50 before I left. They were also cursing in the waiting room thank goodness I didn't have my child with me. Worst service ever. Will tell all of my friends about my experience.

Had a major mechanical issue with jeep. Firestone treated us with professional courtesy and informed us along the whole way. Even said " yes and no 'SIR' ". Very rare . Thank you guys

Called and spoke to Alex after Toyota dealer tried to rip me off and sell me a $300 tire on my new Rav 4 they said it wasn't repairable. I brought my car here expecting to buy a tire and they fixed it for me. I will come here for all my future tire needs. Thanks so much! Honest and Kind;

I’ve always had a positive experience at this Firestone Auto Shop, but I also feel that they try to upsell me on unnecessary services. In this case I was told that I should get a brake system flush, which at just 53k miles is simply not necessary. The brake fluid is still a clear golden color, not black or dark at all. I have never had them tell me that everything is fine, so I assume that the technicians are instructed to come up with something to generate another appointment for a service that may or may not be necessary.
