I took a chance on a non dealer shop. It turned out to be the best thing I ever did with Michael. He is an awesome 40 yrs experienced mechanic. He replaced the grill for my 2016 Lexus nx200t without any issue...honest pricing. This shop is the one that I have been looking for a long time. Definitely yes on everything.
