My Tundra has only needed routine maintenance and there is no other shop I would ever take it to. One time I needed new shocks, and they recommended some performance ones that changed that aggressively changed the stance of my lifted truck and somehow made the ride so much smoother. I called around to lots of other tire shops in the valley and tires 2 go had the best prices by far. Only took them 45 minutes to put a new set on my car, the staff are so friendly and helpful! “I needed tires a few years ago and stumbled upon Big Brand when researching deals in my area. I was happy with the service, so went back for an oil change. Once again, they exceeded my expectations, so I started using them for all my car maintenance. I have never trusted a mechanic shop more than I trust Big Brand. I recently moved across town to N PHX and didn't want to drive over an hour to Mesa to get my brakes swapped out. So, against my beter judgement, I took my vehicle somewhere close to home. Big mistake. It turned into a nightmare. I learned my lesson and will forever make the drive to this specific Big Brand because they are HONEST and the mechanics here are extremely knowledgable! Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm always taken care of. For context, I am a single woman who knows nothing about cars. Never once has anyone at this location talked to me like I'm an idiot nor have they ever acted condescending in any way. So ladies, bring your vehicles here! They are seriously the best!”

“2018 Corvette Stingray- Magnaflow exhaust, new tires, oil change (including procharger) tuning, and IGLA anti-theft device. Very professional work. They do not try and upsell things you don't need. They can build you a race engine or upgrade the peripherals to keep your car close to stock while increasing performance. You can trust their advice and impeccable workmanship.”
“I honestly love and trust Christian Brothers off of Power near Ray Rd. However, the only strange thing is the inconsistent pricing. In Jan 2025 I paid $84, July 2025, $65, Dec 2025 $84 and now July 2026 $90—I can understand pricing perhaps going up, but atleast notice of that- when I’m getting the EXACT same service and nothing has changed. They’re oil changes and always the same type of oil. And yes SAME exact vehicle.”

“I go into Friendly Auto Center for my oil Changes. They always go through my car real good, and check everything out thoroughly [and they do not charge me for the checkup!]. They have kept my 10 year old car running like new, finding major problems before they leave me stranded on vacation, saving my vacations. I would highly recommend Friendly Auto Centers!! It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days, but I thoroughly trust them. Do not hesitate, go in for your oil change and have them check out your car. I recently had rats get under my hood and do all kinds of costly damage. They were great in fixing and doing it fast as I only have one car. I never hesitate to use friendly auto. They do a great job, they're reasonable, friendly, and fast”
