I rent through the Hertz and Uber rideshare program regularly, and overall the experience has been great. The process is usually smooth, and I rarely run into any issues with the vehicles. Dominique is fantastic—she’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled before I hit the road.
The only downside is how busy the location always is. Phone calls rarely get answered, and wait times can get long, especially during peak hours. It would definitely help if they had another employee or two to speed things up. Still, the team works hard, and the quality of service keeps me coming back.

This business is shady, they lease vehicles to Uber drivers and they don't pass Uber inspection specifically a 2023 Tesla 3 model, the lady threatened to get my Uber account deactivated, the fact remains that they stealed over $800 from me and continue to extort other Uber drivers stay away please 🥺 does this vehicle look damaged beyond repair seriously 😒

Poor customer service you can check in and the their system misses it up they put you at the end instead of making it right regardless how long you been there. Just very frustrating and unprofessional

Just an awful experience. We booked a car (at least we thought) and put a deposit more than a month in advance of our trip to Arizona. When we arrived to pick up our car we were informed by a very rude employee that our car was not available. She was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care.
Honestly, avoid this place. There’s a reason it has 2.9 stars.
I’ve rented cars all over the world, in countries where I could barely communicate with reps due to language barriers, and the experience was way smoother than at this place.
Luckily, an Enterprise nearby helped us out, we got a car, and didn’t have to drastically alter our travel plans.

The BEST HERTZ / UBER Rental I've ever dealt with (and I've been to them all in the Phx/Mesa/Chandler/Tempe areas). Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, personable, clean, and they had cars! WHAT?! YUP ILL SAY IT AGAIN.....THEY HAD CARS... CLEAN WORKING CARS AT THAT! It looks too small, but i was shocked my appointment was kept and filled, not like the Bell Rd larger office that was just awful to work with (a whole different review I don't want to hash out here) and not kept or filled by them. Thank you, Hertz Mesa. You guys exceeded my expectations ‼️
