“I was a bit hesitant to go in given that a few people recently said that the customer service was terrible. But I went because the vast majority of the other reviews said that they were awesome. My son, who is 14, and I went to sell our silver. It was my son‘s first time selling silver, which he bought several years ago at $12 an ounce. I wanted this to be a very positive experience for him. He sold today for a nice profit! They made a big deal about it and were giving him knuckles. They could not have been more kind or accommodating. I’m telling you, these guys are the real deal. Customer for life.”

“I needed a certain color sparkly yarn for a project. Michael doesn't have that great of selection and Jo-Ann's is closed but I could count on Hobby Lobby Lobby to still carry it thank goodness. The ailes were nice and clean. The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.”

“Inventory is fantastic! Every craft item imaginable. My favorite is the online order and pick up. Michaels is always having some sort of sale.
Negatives are: the store has cluttered aisle sometimes making ADA compliance questionable. They do provide an electric scooter/cart, but careful not to get stuck in a corner. Also, I am not a fan of self checkout. Most of the time a clerk will do it for me though.”

“This place is awesome! Checked it out during a recent work trip and I’m glad I brought my car. Ron and the guys here are friendly and inviting, the shop is full of parts and accessories, and the track is big and well thought out on Japanese tile.
