“Mobility center was very simple to reserve a scooter. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. Pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend if you need one a scooter or any kind of device that they carry. Will use them again in the future.”

I don’t know what it was the problem but the way how they treated me it was not aceptable ! I only recommend this place if you ask for Dolores she will take care of you ? % costumer service! She keeps costumer’s coming back!”

My hesitation was due to there not being too much information on the website about compatibility with my specific brand of implants. On top of that, my dentist was really digging in on withholding the info needed for me to check compatibility. “I cannot say enough about this business and Sheree in particular. I encountered M-U-M when I broke my foot right before a huge convention and still wanted to attend. I booked a motorized scooter and immediately heard from Sheree to confirm and make arrangements for drop off. When I pulled into Valet the scooter was already there waiting, and when I returned it, it was handled with so much ease. I had surgery a couple of weeks later and knew what I had to do. I made arrangements directly with Sheree this time and everything went just as smoothly for a drop off to my home. She contacted me as my rental came to an end and even waited an extra day until my follow up appointment. When we learned I would need the scooter for longer I was able to renew with ease. I am so grateful a service like this, and a person as wonderful as Sheree, exists to help in situations like these. Thank you Sheree and M-U-M!”
