Ken walked me through the process, and turns out it was a connector cord! “I would like to share a VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I had with Christy, the manager at Med One. My walker broke right before this past 4th of July weekend. My doctor put in a STAT order due to I cannot walk without a walker. Unfortunately, there were none in the state and it had to be ordered from Utah. With it being only a 4-day work week, it made it a bit more challenging for the walker to come in. The walker came in on the 14th day. Christy, the manager, called me personally and said she would hand deliver it to my home when she got off of work! I was STUNNED & SURPRISED that she would do this for me! I didn't want her to go out of her way to do this. However, when she shared with me that she lived in Chandler and I in Mesa that it would not be a problem for her! How CONSIDERATE is she!!! Christy is VERY KIND, HELPFUL, COMPASSIONATE, CARING, and goes ABOVE & BEYOND to be there for her members!!! I'd like to say, Christy, thank you so very much for being the MOST WONDERFUL person that you are!!!”

UPDATE: 9/2025 for the last six months the service has improved drastically. The service is top-tier. They did a significant change with their CSR‘s and now is not such a hard time calling in or getting your supplies. Everything is always on time and it’s easy to communicate with people over the phone.”
