I had trouble remembering my security code & no branch in Phoenix would help me so I had to catch the train all the way to Mesa. Jackie was very nice and helped me change my password plus new phone, new tablet, and new service I very much appreciate. All the ladies here are nice and friendly. They make sure you get all the help you need I was very satisfied after going through all that trouble looking for help in Phoenix area. I will be back to this location to upgrade my personal phone. ??

Went inside yesterday afternoon and the "lady" the assisted me, and I use that word only to describe my interaction with her because she did nothing cared zero, worthless. Once your a customer they do nothing to assist you. Looking for a new provider.

I will only go to this store. I can’t remember manager’s name I think it’s manny? He’s young, super nice respectful and helpful! VERY HARD characteristics in this generation. He helped me with my phone & my stalker issue. His staff is wonderful! They helped my mom with her iPhone switch from an android and my tablet purchase! Keep up the amazing work??

ITS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ADDED ME INSURANCE TO THE PHONE WITHOUT ASKING ME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS LYING TO PEOPLE JUST TO GET THEIR COMMISSIONS BUT THANKFULLY IM NEVER COMING BACK TO METRO. YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY NEVER ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE AN INCONVENIENCE. HOPEFULLY THIS NIGHTMARE ENDED UP.

Customer service is lousy at the store some of the clerks just play on their phone instead of helping you gone to the store for several years never had a problem until recent. Got home internet from the store doesn't work customer service is to take it back to the store cuz they did things wrong. Switched over cell phones at the same store they screwed up the installation I had to go back the clerk was helping me was busy playing on his cell phone said we don't do that kind of help anymore what a joke

Went in here after going to two different metros and this was the only one that said they could help me with what I needed. They were patient with my toddlers, gave us some water, very knowledgeable and polite! This one will definitely be my home store from now on! Service was quick and they made it very easy!

I've had been a metro customer for over 8 years and still going. Besides all that they should have more discounts and no need to change my phone number just to upgrade to a new phone. More lower prices please.
