Miles Motel is a budget-friendly accommodation located in a neighborhood that is quiet at night, with limited homeless presence and few police. It offers a range of rooms, including single and double bedrooms available for monthly stays, as well as apartments at the Silver Creek location operated by Miles Motel. The property is very clean with no bugs, and guests have access to their own beds, a hot shower, and a kitchenette. Despite some issues like a clogged shower and a noisy, temperamental air conditioner, the rooms generally provide basic comfort. The motel is conveniently situated within a five-minute walk of public transportation, including Broadway and Apache buses, and nearby amenities such as Jack in the Box, Walgreens, Goodwill, and Family Dollar. Dispensaries and Circle K are about two miles away. Wi-Fi is available but was not used by all guests. Safety concerns are noted, with some reviews mentioning the presence of police and the area's reputation. Guests describe the area as suitable for those comfortable with an underground lifestyle, but not recommended for women alone or children after dark. The staff has received mixed reviews, with some praising the owner’s kindness and others criticizing rude behavior. Overall, Miles Motel can serve as a simple, affordable place to stay for those familiar with its environment.
6 1/2 years ago I had to move out of my house and Miles Motel rented an apartment to me at the Silver Creek apartments, operated by Miles Motel. Mary is a diamond and she's got a golden heart... with an excellent ability to read BS. So always tell the truth!!

Don’t live here or stay here unless you like bed bugs and roaches. Law enforcement and EMS are always there for drug overdoses and drug issues. Mesa PD has told me they want that place to burn. Also management sucks and they are rude
