“The hotel was ran very well by all the staff on board, from front desk to rooms being immaculately clean. Comfortable beds, nice amenities. The pool was nice, a gym was available (no free weights) but did the job. Breakfast served was good.i recommend this hotel. Summer rates were great and pet friendly. Right down the street from water park and shopping close by. I’d definitely stay again. Staff was all so friendly and made our stay worthwhile!”
“I stay here frequently when in town on business. They are always friendly and the surrounding area is perfect for long stays. Restaurants, shopping, Walmart and a Movie theater are all within walking distance or a very short drive. The hotel rooms are slightly dated but remodeling is taking place, even during times of remodeling the staff is super friendly and as accommodating as can be. Would highly recommend.”

“Overall, it is a good value place to stay. They have a little sticker in the elevator showing you what they'll charge you for taking any of the various things from the room which seems a little bit of a bad sign and kind of tacky. They didn't handle my very late arrival as well as they could have but eventually did get it fixed. The room itself was well equipped and I had a comfortable state.”
“Great location and great rates. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Only issue I had was a towel that was dirty but there were 2 other towels there so I didn't bother exchanging the dirty one. Very minor issue to an otherwise great stay.”

“The mattress on the pullout couch was awful could feel springs so just slept on couch, Dish Satellite was awful, couldn't watch TV and couldn't connect to internet either on IPAD, had to use Hotspot on phones. Room was nice tho and service was quick and friendly when needing a blanket and pillow.”

“Here on business for a few days and this HI was conveniently located to where I was going. The interior lobby and dining areas look nice and recently updated. The rooms however were more cosmetic that renovated. Crack sink, dirty carpets dark interior lighting worn outlets (USB), etc. For an HI with a restaurant this was more of what I see at a Holiday inn Express, very minimal buffet only. Happy hour special however was a good value. Service was good. Bed comfortable. AC worked but loud. Overall a little below what I expected for HI.”

“Was really nice. rooms are nice and big and and spacious. Staff was really friendly and helpful. If you stayed on the first floor you had a sliding door to go out to a porch sitting area and they had another little sitting area with torches out in a center courtyard area where you could sit and relaxe and hang out and then you have the pool where you can swim or lounge. It was really nice.”

“I will forever be grateful to this place and the workers there. My son and I left a difficult living.situation rather upruptly with nowhere to go.
Any problems with the rooms were quickly addressed by staff and we had free breakfast daily. I was sad to leave. I wished I could have just stayed there forever. We did find an apartment after a week there. Thank you for helping us become safe again.”
“Typical vintage room for the price. Nice and clean. Cute kitchen. Only issue is window air conditioner. Not really their fault, probably works great most of the time, but it was 113 the day we were there.
Also, shower is really slick.”

“Front desk girl was polite. The property was clean. Our room was clean everything worked. We stayed in a room with a jet tub, that was enjoyable. There was not a whole lot around the hotel. But if your not wanting to be able to walk to many places then that shouldn't be an issue.”

“My husband and I are here to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. We had reserved a balcony room but unfortunately as nice as it was , the air conditioning wasn’t working. The front desk staff were amazing and made our trip extra special by upgrading us to a beautiful room with a great view. We will always remember their kindness and definitely stay here again!”

“Great place to stay. The Riverwalk and Cubs complex are adjacent, giving ample places for a nice stroll. During the summer they have Rookie League baseball games going on, too. Lots of other places to eat and shop nearby.
Hotel itself is great. Clean, comfortable rooms. Easy parking. Location not far from the airport. Perfect spot.”

“I am, in fact, an old hippie. So of course I fell madly in love with these apts. I've lived here in Mesa since 1979 and I ve seen many changes in downtown culture, witnessed it's many struggles. It's finally and officially cool, maybe even a 'hot spot'. Not because of the hi-rises...because of the Lofts on Drew, it's neighbor the Nile and the many boutique eateries and shops that have taken root. I used to eat lunch, a blue plate special $1.99 at the old Rexall drugstore cafe just down the street, sadly gone now. Every time I walked by the Drew building I'd look at those shiney, silver, double doors and the black and white tile in the entry and wonder who lived up there..what was it like? Thank you to the owner(s) who took that lovely building public. I hope others follow their lead and protect our old, once little downtown Mesa. To the proprietors "Thanks for the trip!"”

“I have stayed at five other places within 4 miles of the fountain. I can't see the fountain getting any kind of negative reviews. I never had a problem with the service or the staff. They are very friendly and welcoming people. If you read the negative reviews you can see that the people can't spell a one syllable word. And we're kicked out because of there behavior or not paying in time. They keep out the rough and rowdy people that stay on main. Makes me feel safe when I'm on the property for that reason.No drug peddling and people in and out all night like most hotels on main. That is why I'm still staying here most places I gave up after one or two nights. Five stars to me for the fountain. 3s and 2s everywhere up and down main”
“Honestly I wanna say that budget suites is really Honestly is a great place. There best quality is the way they communicate, there constantly friendly, and understanding, I personally feel like they have an amazing staffing. I have no complaints, good location Honestly, I thank them for everything they've done for me. The manger is really surprisingly understanding and perfessional, if your honest she'll help, Honesty is the key and I personally am happy how well she takes care of her staff as well. I would recommend this place for long-term or short”

“Our house got flooded from a broken pipe and we desperately needed a pet friendly hotel. When I looked on the web, longbow was one of the top ones, and it was reasonably close to work. They worked with our situation, and were extremely accommodating. Laura, Brianna, and the rest of the front desk were always pleasant, and helped us through a horrible situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a nice place to stay, enjoys a good breakfast, needs a small, but well stocked kitchenette, and wants a clean and quiet room. Also nearby are decent restaurants, Fat Cats bowling and movie theater, hiking trails, and a sprouts super market. It is near a lot of things, but also isolated from all of them so that it's quiet, and in a non-busy area.”
