“Tyler who was answering customer service return calls on 8/4/23 6:00pm was more than helpful, 11/10 customer service rating. I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!”

“This review is for the service I received from Hannah. She was very pleasant and patient. I didn't realize that you would need to bring your own insurance to rent the trucks, so she waited patiently while I downloaded temporary insurance from the internet. We talked for a while and I learned that she likes her job alot. When I turned in the truck I realized that her estimate was spot on and it didn't cost me any more than she quoted me. $149 for the day and $168.82 what the taxes and everything. I downloaded the insurance from rentalcover.com it was $37 for collision and liability. Anyway Hannah was awesome!”

I'm a pretty tough customer, Patric showed me how to navigate the sale on Thanksgiving, I wound up spending $500+ but getting 4 Milwaukee tools even with the batteries. “I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. We had an amazing experience with Aron C from Moon Valley Nurseries in Mesa.
She came by to check on our trees after we purchased the one-year check-up service. Even though it was only about 30 days in, she took the time to really go above and beyond. Aron carefully checked on all of our trees, redid the banding, added fresh mulch, watered them, and did some thoughtful pruning to make sure everything was healthy.
What really stood out was that she even gave a little love to a pomegranate tree I planted myself next to the others - something she absolutely didn’t have to do. She did it simply because she cares about the plants and doing the job right.
It’s rare to see that level of pride and care in service today. Aron is a fantastic human representing a fantastic company.
