“This is only based on my last experience, as I often go between this Home Depot and Lowes with experiences ranging from 1 to 3 stars, however I want to say if you need any flooring or carpeting, I would 100% go to this Home Depot IF you can work with Joel Permison in flooring. Stopped in last month to get some basic answers to possibly do some new carpet in the fall/winter of 2024 and Joel treated me as if I was about to do a $100,000 order!Joel went into depth, took him time, no pressure/selling, and gave good, honest advice. Best experience I have had in a long time at any store!”

An associate named Dennis helped him look for them until it was discovered they were still packaged in an unloaded pallet high up on the shelving. I'd give it five stars if they would follow some type of scheme inside their stores. Every single one of them is completely different and it is annoying at times. I know I'm being nitpicky”
