“Called post office this morning to inquire about 2 separate packages that arrived there yesterday morning according to the tracking updates. (This is not my local usps so having packages sent there isn’t normal). The gentleman that I spoke to was very kind and professional and explained the possible issue relating to the Phoenix distribution center scanning process and how they don’t physically have the packages at their location. I’m hoping the problem is figured out soon but I appreciate the customer service, thank you!”
