I was in this HD on 9-21-23. Horrible customer service. Rude and condescending cashiers. I finally found what I was looking for ( shower knobs). I asked for help locating these knobs, but employees just pointed and kept on walking. I will not shop here again.

The cashier was rude.at first she took my husband's va card, then she questioned everything including what we were buying on sale.then at end she didn't want to accept his va card.she had 5 people waiting in line while this was approved by manager.
