“I visited this branch at 235 S Hibbert today as a relative novice in roofing and didn’t really know what I needed for my project.The young lady and two gentleman at the order counter were patient and gave good advice.I ended up asking for the wrong item and noticed only after it was loaded. It was a painless process to swap it out for the correct one.Additionally, the guy who loaded the stuff with the forklift was also helpful and friendly.It was “customer appreciation day” and they were cooking up burgers and dogs out back, so lunch was included. Much appreciated.A nice experience all around.”

Shout out to Jake, Asst Mgr. He sent men to pick up and exchange a defective Weber grill that I bought from the outdoor display. Wouldn’t light, even with a match and the replacement regulator sent by Weber.
I thought I would have to get help to hump it into my truck and back to the store. Nope.
On Sat morn, I told Jake my story. On Mon, I had a new grill.
