Grossly overcharge consumers. I was quoted approx $300 for a repair through a warranty company from Sears. The company wouldn't pay so I made an appointment to pay the service repair myself and was advised for the same exact repair my cost as a consumer would be over $1000. All for the same parts and service.

Angel came to perform the annual maintenance on our Kenmore appliances. She was fantastic…Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Our dryer is performing much better since she discovered a problem with our dryer vent. We are very grateful!
