Star Mini Storage is a friendly and secure facility with affordable prices. The management team, including a helpful and courteous woman and her assistant, are known for their professional and kind service. Customers appreciate the willingness to work with them on pricing and the overall helpful attitude. The staff is always ready to assist, whether it's helping with storage needs or parking, including trailers. Although there was an incident where someone tried to access the gate after hours, the facility remains well-managed. Despite occasional issues like phone outages, the people running the storage are nice, helpful, and committed to maintaining a secure environment for tenants.
