“Just started a lease agreement with this storage company. I ordered a 10x15 which was the correct size for me but located down a row that was so narrow and tight for me to get my trailer in and out. Devon went above and beyond to call me right away when this same size unit became available with more space around for backing my trailer in and out. He stuck to his word and made it happen! “If you want to find a storage facility that reminds you if the professional Mom and Pop type then you have found the one. This facility has made my experience renting a storage room one of the easiest online and in person experience s. Antonio and Heidi are two fantastic down to earth people. Excellent customer service, very clean and well kept facility. A huge rarity to find is a useable dumpster, so no hauling off any of your trash like you do at other facilities. The reasonable rates for a large storage room is what sold me. I've used other big name facilities in the past and was immediately regretful. Not here. I am so happy I chose Fort Apache self storage. All my needs were met. They're not hounding you constantly for this or that. Antonio is aware of the situation I just escaped from and has obliged me with an important amenity. Most other places refused to allow. Come down and give them a try. I think you will be more than satisfied and happy you did. I know they fulfilled and surpassed all my expectations. Easiest online experience to rent. A couple clicks, enter info, sign and submit and done. My unit number was immediately provided. I came in the following day to chose my own personal gate code. Antonio took me to my unit, swept it out due to recent storms told me not to hesitate if I needed anything. Friendly, helpful and caring. Thank you Antonio and Heidi.”

“These guys are very kind and did a great/fast job at moving all my furniture and belongings. They wrapped everything up as well. This is my 2nd time using their service. The first time, one of my old furniture pieces broke during the move (not their fault but just from ware and tear), and they took it to fix it and brought it back in good shape. Will be using their service again in the future. :)”
