“As a Veteran that while on active duty, had my share of moving and having my home goods stored in storage units, I will say that I am truly impressed with Extra Space storage. I really like the fact that they have a cover parking large enough for a huge UHall vehicle and plenty of space with convinced carts to move your items to you unit. Temperature control and large elevators that can handle larger heavy items. Not to mention security around the entire area. Staff are very friendly. Even had one staff member that was cleaning out a unit, came to help my wife with the lock. So huge shout out to Brett for his help, showing willingness to drop what he was doing to help out. That to me shows drive and motivation. Giving me even more confidence that we picked the right place to store our items.”

“Indoor unit was great! I think it could have been a little cooler inside since it was advertised as a certain temperature for climate control, but I know that since my unit was further from the AC units, that was most likely why the unit was not As cool as it could have been. But it definitely kept things cool enough to not melt anything, so that's all I needed from it 😆 I loved how the gate worked and knowing that my things were not only lock protected but also gate controlled with only other unit holders having access to the lot.”

“I would give such a higher rating if it was available. Rebecca is the nicest sweetest most helpful and kind person that I’ve met in a long time I’m going through a lot of stress right now with a move and custody litigation, and I walked in looking a mess couldn’t even barely think straight and I walked out thinking. I wish there were more people like her. It’s people like her that keep businesses open, but it’s also people like her that leave a long lasting memory because when the world gets hard and you almost think there’s no one good out there it literally just takes someone like her to give you faith in humanity again I don’t know if she can read this, but if she can, I don’t think she realizes I will never forget how kind and sweet she was to me as I couldn’t even think straight and just wanted to cry She is an amazing human being and I wish there was more people like her She deserves a raise and she deserves to know how amazing she is because I still tell people about how sweet she was and I will always recommend that very specific storage place because of her If I ever need another storage again, I don’t care if I’m in Phoenix or somewhere else I will always go where Rebecca is She truly has such a big heart and actually cares about people that any company should feel privileged to have her representing them I’ve had a couple encounters with her and every time she’s helped me even learn the app on my phone help me figure everything out. I have ADHD and autism so when I get stressed, my brain doesn’t work right but thank goodness she does. God bless her and I wish I could just let her know how much her kindness made a difference in my day every day I’ve seen her if she sees this thank you Rebecca, and to the people that own this you have the best Employee ever.”

“I've been a customer here since 2018 I believe. I have always had such an amazing experience any time I've had an interaction with any of the staff here! There was an occasion where I lost access to my primary email account and I had to reach out to the staff here to update my account to my new email so that way I could pay my bill online. They addressed this immediately and made the process so easy! They've never failed to let me know if I forgot to pay my bill so that way I never had late fees or anything. Anytime I've had any sort of trouble with anything they've always been so fast to handle it and work with me in order to find a solution. I cannot praise this place enough! Thank you for everything all these years!”
