This place is run by a crackhead and they are severely lacking in customer service skills. They will pull payments AFTER you've vacated the unit and then tell you they have no records after they "move you out". Don't count on Albert to relay a msg, because he's apparently not capable of doing so. Do Not trust these people with your belongings.

Management is horrible! Trailers are parked in front of units. Nobody is ever in the office or answers phones. So hard to get ahold of anybody to pay your bill. I do not recommend storing your stuff here.

In a hurry, I pulled in (w/o checking office hours beforehand) 10 min or so before office hours ended that day. The woman at the counter politely +* told me she couldn't show me a unit that day but that I was welcome to come back the following morning. -* As I was leaving, I watched as an older male walking by realized the security gate closing (after a tenant punched in their code) & RAN from the street (right in front of the office doors) to hop through the closing gates... He made it. -**

Someone is there, running the place, the phones have been out of order for 2weeks. Nice people running things. Helpful and secure facility.

Bad customer service they never answer the phone or return your calls. Also you see people living there at the storage units blocking your way to your storage unit with there vehicle's all the time. And when they have to move there car out of the way they get frustrated.

This place is trash. The lady on site never answers the phone. I got there early on Saturday to return a truck, way before closing. Monday I got charged with a $20 Late Service Fee. How was I late when I got a reservation for 2 days and returned the very same day I checked out the truck. And got there before 5PM? I called 8 times and she doesnt answer.
