I can't rave enough about our experience with Justin and his team at The Moving Guy! From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Moving can be a daunting task, but these guys made it feel like a breeze. The guys were so friendly, we honestly enjoyed having them around.
They packed our furniture with the utmost care, ensuring everything was protected against any damage. Throughout the move, they were very mindful and handled all our belongings with respect - there wasn't a scratch on anything! Their attention to detail was impressive, they made sure every box and item was placed exactly where we wanted it in our new home.
Initially, we were hesitant about hiring movers due to all the horror stories we’ve heard, but Justin and his crew exceeded all our expectations. I genuinely cannot imagine making this move without their help. If you're considering hiring movers, I highly recommend Justin and his team—trust me, you won't regret it!

At first, everything with The Moving Guy seemed great—fast, friendly service at a fair price. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. On day two of our cross-state move, the items in our moving truck toppled over due to poor packing. A bookshelf was destroyed and a couch was badly damaged.
When I reached out to the owner, Justin, he initially blamed our driving before eventually admitting, in writing, that he should have sent us for a moving strap. He told us to follow up once we arrived to assess the damage. We did just that—and after a month of back and forth communication, he stopped responding entirely.
Our unloading movers confirmed the truck was packed poorly and unsafely. We’re lucky the truck didn’t tip over. I will now be escalating this through small claims court. While I had hoped to simply be reimbursed for the service (despite the nearly $1,000 in damages), it seems even that won’t happen without legal action.
I would not recommend The Moving Guy—especially for long-distance moves. The initial professionalism does not make up for the serious safety concerns and lack of accountability.

I have used The Moving guys for the last couple of moves I have done and each time they have done an amazing job. This past move I had so many things I didn't even know how they would be doing it but they did. They wrapped all my items and once we moved to the new place, they put things in the location they needed to be, which made it easy for us to unpack. They were communicative, efficient, and overall a great experience. Totally recommend.

Justin did an absolute 10/10 move. 3 bed 2 bath in just 2 hours is impressive! Pricing was fair and overall easy to work with. Legit supplies and padding made me feel easy about my belongings too.

Best price and service especially for people moving from apartments! I was quoted quadruple the price from another local moving company. The Moving Guy was way cheaper, plus they do a great job. They wrapped my furniture to protect it, and were done within 2 hours! (This is my second time using this The Moving Guy, and their price hasn't changed in 3 years!) I will likely use them again next time I move!
