I was a PITA and the lady that dealt with me did it with poise and grace. Her customer service skills were excellent. She is a gem. I'll try to be less of a pita next time.

I was really impressed with the people at the store...only 2 people working and a TON of customers. The helped people check in and out...assisted with hooking up trailers...and the were very personable and did everything with a smile. I would go there for just the service!
