Went in after making a reservation online weeks ago only to be told nothing was available and it didnt matter that I made a reservation. The woman was extremely rude and through her hand in the air so as to say oh well when I left to walk out. Very disappointed with the way this situation was handled. Also rushed while I was still in my car not even parked and pretty much being turned away without the professional courtesy to let me park 1st.

They indicated that we could only keep the truck until a certain time, but when we brought it back on time, there were plenty available trucks of the same size. It was too late to extend the rental, so we will need to finish the move next weekend.

Never have I had such a difficult time with my items. I just moved here from Texas. Our items were supposed to arrive on Nov 26th. We did not have a phone call or text message or even an email saying that they arrived. We called the morning of the 27th and the associate said that our items would not be here until Dec 4th. With us taking our entire house and putting everything in there we trusted our items would be here on time. We called our location and they said they were on target and should have arrived the 26th. We went in the evening of the 27th and the manager said oh I took in 5 UBoxes last night. She couldn't find the paper work so she had to take us to the back to use our keys to open the boxes to see if it was ours. As we are walking back there she is making excuses that her employee moved the paperwork and that she's giving her more hours and she left and how she's unhappy. Completely unprofessional. We then showed her our vehicle so we could do a double trailer to load them and get our items unloaded faster. Manager said she would have them ready for us at 9am and that she was getting them ready that night for us. We get there on Nov 28th and big surprise they weren't ready and her associate STILL had no idea they were there and no idea where they were. I then had to go back and show her again where they were and wait since the manager didn't do as she said. The associate couldn't find the paperwork still. Checked them in as if they arrived on the 29th. So when I spoke to corporate for being over charged and being charged for something that wasn't our fault it seems as if everything was delivered as of the 29th! Very disorganized and very unprofessional. I would give no stars as the manager was supposed to reach out and still has not. I had in person conversations and emails. Saying she was going to contact me back.

Never in my life have I experienced such incompetence. We made an appointment two weeks ago to have a hitch installed on our car. Three days before the appointment they said the part was on back ordered until the day before my appointment. They said they would call us if the part did not come in. No phone call, so we took a day off and took the car in. First they said we didn't have an appointment at all. Then after showing them our receipt for the appointment and paid part, they said oh well we don't have the part. Then a manager came in and said they did have the part. They told us to leave the car and it would be done in a couple hours. Fast forward three hours and they called to say they didn't have the correct part after all. It took them three hours to determine that? Another woman came in with an appointment and they told her they didn't have the item she reserved. What the heck is going on? To make matters worse, when we returned to pick up our car, they were unable to process a return because their computers were down. They were able to return our money later in the day, but wow what a bad experience! We were relying on them for this service because we have to move an object this coming weekend, so we are really at a loss. I hope they can get it together for other people's sake.

They don’t have any in East Mesa All the numbers you call they do not carry the trucks anymore. you have to go to Lindsay or Gilbert very inconvenient
