If I could rate this place a negative star I certainly would. Our truck wasn't ready on time and they try to charge us fees for things that we never got it was a horrible experience I strongly recommend against ever going to this place!

Great and friendly service center, we were even offered a drink which was appreciated especially in this heat. They had a line and some not so nice customers and the guys here handled it very well. Great location and service

I want to give a big shout out to Lupe who helped me with a wiring problem that another U-Haul put in wrong, he stopped what he was doing and took the time and fixed my problem. He was very understanding and very courteous. I believe he is the Manager at this location. Thanks again Lupe
