I am floored. I have a prepaid UPS tracking number for a box and no way to print a label. We came I to this location to have them print the label so we could ship this item out.
The guy (VERY blonde hair & mustache) told me they cannot print labels because they have no labels. I was going to have to email him what I had and he would charge $3.25 to print it… because they have no labels…. He could only print a label if I had a QR or barcode (there’s a barcode on the email but he didn’t want to scan that). I thought he might have thought it was an Amazon return and I told him it was not Amazon, it’s a UPS label. He bluntly told me I had to email it and he had to charge me to print it. I said ok, and was in the process of sending the email and commented that I thought he was just trying to make money off us because if they have a UPS package a label prints… he didn’t like that and stormed away yelling I’m not helping you, you can leave. I said ok, I’ll wait for the other gentleman. And blondie yelled that nobody would be helping me. Get Out Of My Store!
I still cannot understand how a UPS cannot print a prepaid UPS label
So, we left. No I won’t be returning and I highly recommend you beware too. This guy should not be working with the public. I hope he has the day he deserves.

Twice now we've sent our Amazon returns through here for them to tell us nothing was sent. Hundreds of dollars gone because someone isn't doing their job right.

The customer service at this location was incredible. I returned some Amazon products with Katie and she was amazing with helping me through the process. She was cheerful and made me happy to be there.

As far as receiving mail here for about 2.5 years and the courtesy of the staff in general, there were no issues. There were, however, issues with any of the staff returning phone calls or emails. Over 2.5 years and not a single one of either was returned which resulted in many visits that I shouldn't have had to make.
Having lost my job last December, being denied health insurance by the state along with unemployment, creditors constantly calling, discovering two of my friends had committed suicide, suffering hunger and poverty, this organization kept emailing me about box renewal. I responded that I was financially unable and the notices kept coming. I should have unsubscribed, however mentally I was not in a great space. I responded quite rudely.
I arrive at the location to pick up my mail and return the keys and apologize for my harshness and this kid behind the counter, in front of other customers, tells me that I'm trespassed from the property. I was never notified, though he said I was, so it was unenforceable, and ridiculous. I could see the fear in him and how his voice raised like a girl, and I almost laughed. I'm nice because I choose to be and he was in harms way, I let it go. It could have easily went the other way but I acknowledge my part in the scenario. So if you're looking to speak to anyone there, don't expect a response from the owner or the staff. And don't expect professional treatment.

3$ service charge to print a black and white 1 page document. Everywhere else charges like .40 to print.

I want to give kudos to Rene. Yesterday, I arrived just as the store was about to close, but she quickly helped me get my documents into packages and made sure they were dispatched right away.

Just BAD -202 and Power Rd - try to stay away from this one UPS Store - this is by far the worst store to go to. For at least the Past 2 1/2 years they just are not helpful at all. very bad experiences.. Go in with a smile maybe it will help them. Try to go to any other UPS store except this one. Have a great Day.

The staff here is always so friendly and patient! So glad to see that there are still stores that have fantastic, neighborly customer service. Recently had a small issue with an order- Felix and Aidan were quick and happy to help resolve it.
