I've been meaning to write this review since last Sunday, since the kid at the front desk named Eytan was so helpful. I had to ship a few items to different friends of mine and he helped me a lot. He even took the time to write down every friend which correlated to the Tracking number. Overall a great experience!

If you choose to ship a package via United States Postal Service, and you purchase and ship it from this UPS Store, you can expect zero help from UPS if you run into any challenges after you’ve paid and shipped. The local staff will redirect you to a USPS location. Save your time and energy and use FedEx.

Extremely rude employees. Yelled at my wife for simply asking to leave a UPS Amazon return package. She politely asked again to leave it but he threw a fit like a child. Will NEVER do any business at this store again. They have a low rating for a reason.
