My family and I traded in our devices to get 3 new phones. The associate conveniently forgot to tell us we needed to upgrade our phone plans until after we cleared our old phones for the new phones + started the transfer.
Oh! And they sneakily added a $10 per line ‘upgrade’ that we never authorized or agreed to.
Treated us like morons and even insulted my mother.
Don’t come here, they will trick, lie, and mislead you any way they can.

They have 3.6 stars I clearly didn’t do my research I do not recommend purchasing a phone from this location or maybe from any Verizon if they don’t have the phone in stock. I purchased a phone and was told it had to be ordered my phone is broken so I asked if another Verizon would have it. Without the representative checking he said no but said I would have my phone in 2 days. They don’t send it express it was sent ground. And it got delivered 4 days later while I was at work by fed ex they left a door tag and said they would try again once again they came mid day while I was at work the 2nd tag said final attempt. I called fed ex and got a recording that this item was not eligible for pick up because of hazardous material assuming the battery. So I went back to the store I purchased it from explained what happened the gentleman just said to call fed ex he clearly did not listen to me so I explained again that I already did and told him again what they said he said they can cancel the order but that takes a few days so he told me he didn’t know what to do just go to a fed ex store. Customer service from this location sucks. Go to Val vista and baseline if you need a new phone or want good customer service and hope they have the phone in stock or you’re stuck with no phone and left to try to figure out how to get it. I Went to a fed ex store and was told she didn’t know why Verizon would send me to a fed ex store it is their package and they should be figuring this out. So here I am trying to call fed ex customer service I have been put on hold twice and hung up on while sitting on hold for them to find the package . I will never recommend this Verizon location to purchase a phone. AT&T is tempting they are offering free phones when you switch over and they hand them to you… none of this shitty customer service. Been with Verizon for 20 years and after this will no longer will be a customer. Don’t get a phone from here. We pay so much money for shitty service and customer service.

I paid off my iPhone 13 for a 16 pro on a Saturday and was told by the person working at the store it would be a 2-day delivery. He then sneakily said it would get here between Wednesday and Friday this week. Guess whose phone doesn’t get here for 8 days. I want to cancel my new phone order just on the fact that the employee flat out lied to me to get me to finish buying the phone. Quick to collect my money but take their sweet time on delivering the service

Not for this particular location. This is for Verizon OVERALL.
First, my brother traded in his phone. We sent the phone back with the trad win box they gave us. They told us they never got it. Then proceeded to charge US. A few months later they had received it. They typed in the incorrect IMEI number in their system.
Second. “Forgot” to use my read win credit for 9 months.
Third. Charging me for the trade in credit. Instead of taking it off.
Fourth. Charging my moms like extra 24$ for some random shit we did not need.
Fifth, saying that my 15 pro max has zero payments made soncit when it was purchased 2023.
Sixth. Saying my bill wasn’t paid in full when I have it in auto pay. Told me a month later it was “never “ paid.

I went into this store and a employee named Daniel offered me a promotion on two iPhone 16 took a picture of my drivers license my social security card and my w2 got a 6k approval and then told me he could not issue me the phones I called Verizon and they all admitted he was fraudulent in his behavior but has done nothing to correct this nor did they honor the promotion there employee gave me

needed a copy of my final bill after customer service told me i needed to go into a corporate store, the in store rep, Nick, handed me a post it note with a phone number and walked off. i called the phone number and it was the same exact customer service number i had called before i went in. had to get the attention of the in store rep again, just for him to tell me they can’t print out the bill for me (with out even trying). never seen this bad of customer service.

An IPhone 15 was financed on my account without my permission and without my knowledge and most importantly without my presence. By someone who has the same first and last name as me.
I want to reiterate I did not give permission for this and my account had also been taken over at the time. This was deliberately hidden from me and I presented it to the store where the incident occurred and the rep we spoke to just before closing time told me basically oh well and just pay the device off in full, then sell the phone. Wow what a great idea chief, also told me to let it go basically. Easy to say when you’re not stuck with a 850 dollar phone that you didn’t know you had been signed up to be responsible for. Have reported the issue severe times, nobody cared. Left Verizon now happily with T-Mobile, and conducting my own thorough research about who handled the transaction that day because I have the name of the individual, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same guy who told me to “let it go” and he didn’t want to admit that they screwed up under their own policy. So to be continued….

Employees polite and knowledgeable about their products. They set up my old and new phones to transfer all the data, told me it would take 2 hours, ended up taking 16 hours 😑. Had to carry both phones until it finished, otherwise 5★

I purchased a new phone, it didn't allow me to receive any text messages. I went back 6 times for help. I was belittled by several staff,. I was passed off to others when their shift ended. I was given a new phone, and still had the same problem. Finally after the 6th visit. Staff Nick figured out it was the Verizon internet . Have since had no problems. I am disappointed that Verizon staff took so long to figure out the issue. I am disappointed at how some staff treated me, like I was a senile old lady , I am disgusted that I was blamed for an issue that was not my fault.

Sergio was able to teach me how to close out my accounts in less then 5 minutes, something the store on Germann and Gilbert failed to try, and the customer service tech on the phone was unable to accomplish. Give this man a raise or his own store, (or both) then watch your numbers grow!

Avoid this store at all cost. Outright lied to me and when confronted about it the store manager shrugged it off as no big deal.
They are still billing me for a deceased relatives phone line that was disconnected. Worse than a used car salesman on Van Buren.
