Aiden helped us out tonight and was actually very useful! Customer service over the phone on the other hand was terrible. Aiden did a good job meeting my standards and was actually able to help us despite Kenneth from the Fraud Department from the Verizon Customer Service Line. Aiden was quick to help us and was getting stuff done today like I had asked. He was able to trouble shoot with me to help me get my situation handled. Very happy with the experience I recieved from him.

The employee up front today at first seemed approachable, until he spoke. He came off condescending and dismissive. Perhaps another day that's not a Monday is a good time to come back? Hope others are not treated like this where that employee just wants to be done with their job for the day. He seemed pretty tired by mid afternoon.

You have no concern for my time! I’ve been here for over an hour trying to get two Arlo cameras. What is your problem? you send me home and make me connect them to your service because you can’t do it in store. But yet I’m still waiting for well over an hour for an easy purchase. Also, I had to get a new phone in Mississippi and you kept me there for more than two hours! Do You folks not have this figured out yet? Or are you trying to keep me in to your store to buy more $hit from you? What is your angle? Get your $hit together Verizon! I pay $350 a month to you guys. You shouldn’t make me wait in your store for so long! You just don’t care about your consumers!

In this office and Verizon (1438 S Power Rd Ste 102, Mesa, AZ 85206) they will scum you for your business. The NFL Sunday Ticket is a SCUM/ False advertising. I Spend more than $4 K in phones for the family and this "FREE" package is a scum. They just want your business and that's it. If you get offers or something for free, GET IT first and then give them your business otherwise they will not do anything if is done the other way. Verizon customer support is a JOKE, is like a bunch of high preschoolers are answering the phones and none of them knows anything. Definitely not worth my business and it shouldn't be yours. If you don't believe me read the counter comments from Verizon in the bad reviews (oh I'm sorry we don't meet your expectations, we'll do better next time), is like a slap in the face. Go to T-mobile instead, they will treat you better than this. I'm switching back.

This store was really great. The workers were patient with my fiancé and I while we were discussing about our options and disgruntled with issues that had arisen when we were setting up our plan. Daniel was especially helpful. He really went above and beyond and getting us setup for our plan and even so far as dealing with some issues that could've been avoided sadly. If could rate this out of 10 it would definitely be higher because not only did they give us options, they were patient with us. We really hope Daniel gets a raise or some form of recognition because he was really helpful. As well as, for anybody looking to setup a new phone plan or purchase a product, go to this store. Everybody is friendly and willing to help in anyway they can.

Haley was unbelievable! My mom was there to exchange her phone. Mom is uncomfortable with tech. Haley put her at ease and made her feel good about every detail. She even went above and beyond to help with phone protection to alleviate mom’s anxiety. Above and beyond customer service and a huge help for me since I was 2000 miles away. I can only hope that my team prioritizes customer satisfaction this way. Thank you Haley.

Ok, how can you consider yourself the leading cell phone company, and have so little to offer? I walk into the Verizon store, rather than visiting a kiosk in the mall, so that I can have all of the options that Verizon offers laid out before me and immediately available, for me to choose from. Huge disappointment. Very little to offer. And the lies in advertising that brought me there in the first place. I got my phone upgrade, but the only reason why this review gets 3 stars is because of the excellent representative that helped me through every step of the way. He deserves 5 stars, and Verizon itself 0, thus I arrived at 2.5 overall, and it resonates at 2 because Verizon nickel-and-dimed me to death, after charging me outrageous fees for an upgrade! I'm helping YOU, Verizon by upgrading my phone which helps you and your 5G Network! You should be offering me every incentive in the book, just to upgrade my phone, after charging me full-book price for what should've been an insurance replacement, and you can't even offer trade-in value? Sorry for the lengthy review...bottom line,,,if you haven't started with Verizon, don't. You'll be stuck with them forever, and I'd rather be stuck with the gas company than stuck with this phone company.
