Property is showing its age and management will be hit or miss with your security deposit. You have a good chance of getting stuck paying for “repairs” that need to be done bc the place is old.

Thank you Villas on Hampton. I’m not going to name all names here, I may forget some but all the ladies made my move- in experience great!!! They had maintenance here on a few things and promptly fixed any issue!! Everyone I met was nice and professional!!
